With discharging effect for Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall AG, the latter informs both the stock exchanges and BaFin as well as suitable media within the entire European Union and sends BaFin the legally required proof of publication.

Directors' Dealings (Art. 19 MAR)
Notification of managers' transactions (Directors' Dealings, Managers' Transactions) pursuant to Art. 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 (MAR):
The members of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board and general agents of Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall AG as well as persons closely related to them are obliged under Art. 19 (1) MAR to notify Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall AG and the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) of so-called proprietary transactions, i.e. transactions in financial instruments of Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall AG (e.g. shares or debt instruments) and derivatives based thereon, without undue delay and no later than three business days after the date of the transaction.
Transactions with a total transaction volume of EUR 20,000 or more within a calendar year must be reported. Each person's transactions must be considered individually.
Closed periods:
Apart from the obligation to report proprietary transactions, managers are subject to a fundamental prohibition on conducting transactions in connection with shares or debt instruments of the issuer or related financial instruments during a closed period of 30 calendar days prior to the announcement of an interim or annual report (Article 19 (11) MAR).
